Welcome to Radiance Medical Spa. We are proud to have one of the most innovative lasers in the industry. The laser uses elos technology, combining bipolar radio frequency with light energies for a faster, safer, non-invasive esthetic treatment. We use the same laser as seen on the Today Show and Dr. 90210 on E Television. Our licensed esthetician will customize a laser treatment and skincare package for your specific skincare needs. We currently offer five laser treatments: skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, hair removal, leg vein removal, and cellulite reduction. In addition to the laser treatments we offer BOTOX cosmetics, Juvederm, and a skincare line, which will be catered to compliment your treatments.  

Radiance Medical Spa is happy to announce the expansion to our new location in Northeast Columbia beginning in 2009. The new location will be just off of I-77 on Clemson Rd. and only minutes from our current office. Coming from downtown Columbia take Bull Street to SC-277 N and then exit on I-77 N. From I-77, take the Killian Road exit, exit 22. Turn right onto Killian Rd. (toward the Honda dealership) headed toward Clemson Rd. Follow Killian Rd. and continue onto Clemson Rd. You will cross over Longtown Rd. and our office will be on your right in the Clemson Rd. Office Park, about a mile after Longtown. If you hit Hardscrabble Rd. you have gone too far.
